At NuStrips, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
